Recently, the China Insurance Industry Association comprehensively launched the online recruitment public welfare activity of "insurance has a future and a big stage for employment" in 2022, calling on the whole industry to actively participate in the activity in combination with recruitment needs and plans, so as to give full play to the role of the insurance industry in stabilizing employment and ensuring social and people's livelihood.
It is reported that in recent years, the China Insurance Industry Association has conscientiously implemented the "six stabilities" and "six guarantees" tasks and requirements of the central government, actively responded to the impact of the epidemic, strengthened the responsibility, gave full play to the industry advantages, resource advantages and platform advantages, and promoted the employment of college graduates and other groups through online recruitment public welfare activities. From May to August 2021, China Insurance Industry Association actively responded to the "special action of online recruitment for hundreds of days and tens of millions" of the Ministry of human resources and social security, and carried out special online recruitment activities in the insurance industry for college graduates and other groups. The headquarters and branches of nearly 100 insurance companies participated, providing more than 2100 jobs and more than 5500 employment opportunities.
