In order to stimulate the vitality of market players to a greater extent, the general office of Zhejiang provincial government recently announced the action plan for the optimization and improvement of business environment in Zhejiang Province, which puts forward 19 specific measures in four fields to solve a number of blocking and difficult problems in the links of market players' access, operation, withdrawal and so on, so as to ensure that enterprises do business without worry and the government does nothing.
The plan proposes that Zhejiang Province will deepen the "one thing" reform of enterprise start-up, and incorporate registration, official seal engraving, invoice application, bank account opening and enterprise tax, provident fund, social security and medical insurance account opening into the whole process management, so as to realize the zero cost settlement of the whole process of enterprise start-up. Cities and counties (cities and districts) with conditions are encouraged to explore the approval mode of "one industry and one certificate" and "multiple industries and one certificate".
