Compared with the price of the same kind of artificial joint in Guangdong before centralized purchase, the price of the most commonly used total hip joint decreased from 40000 yuan to more than 7000 yuan; The price of artificial total knee joint with large dosage decreased from more than 30000 yuan to more than 4000 yuan, with an average decrease of 82%. According to the calculation of Guangdong Medical Insurance Bureau, based on the total purchase of 36400 sets of artificial joints in the first year of the province, the annual cost savings are expected to be 750 million yuan.
