In the past, after each process of the production line was completed, a lot of metal debris would be produced, which greatly affected the production progress. Through careful consideration, Chen Fei has developed an automatic debris blowing device, which enables the whole production line to operate continuously for 24 hours even if it is unattended.
At present, the company has built 17 digital production lines. For the same production tasks, the personnel investment is only 10% of the original, but the production efficiency has been increased by three times.
