There are 546 “nearby” government service items in total. The online handling rate of government service items in the whole region has reached 100%, 346 government service items can be handled with tolerance, the time limit compression rate of administrative license items is 93.8%, and the immediate handling rate is 87.64%. There are 229 “theme office” items, 177 “one-time office” items and 123 second approval items, and all indicators are in the forefront of the city.
The city took the lead in setting up a special window for enterprise bank account opening and first loan renewal services. Throughout the year, it provided free seals for about 40000 newly established enterprises in its jurisdiction, and the city took the lead in realizing 7 × 24-hour one-time self-service collection of business licenses, free seals and other license items. Throughout the year, 23000 enterprises received business licenses and free seals by themselves, launched 504 credit approval items, including 20 new credit approval items involving enterprises and talents in 2021, used more than 90000 pieces of credit information and pushed more than 17000 pieces of in-process and post verification information.

We will promote the digitization and indexation of various government elements. Accelerate cross departmental, cross level and cross regional business process optimization and front to back docking, build an operation mechanism of comprehensive integration, collaborative, efficient and closed-loop management, and form a new pattern of “Party committee leadership, government responsibility, departmental coordination and scientific and technological support”.
Strengthen the digital base and ensure the construction of new infrastructure. Implement the “Futian cloud brain” project and build a unified government application cloud service ecosystem in the region. Strengthen video networking and sharing, explore 5g government network, improve network and data security, and improve the five in one Cyberspace Security Guarantee System of “defense, monitoring, attack, governance and evaluation”.
