In order to promote green and low-carbon development, the Ministry of ecological environment proposed to take multiple measures to help the stable operation of the economy and actively serve the “six stabilities” and “six guarantees”. On the basis of strictly abiding by the bottom line of ecological and environmental protection, do a good job in the EIA approval service of major projects. Deepen the zoning control of the “three lines and one order” ecological environment. Study and formulate normative documents for the management of environmental impact assessment of the “two high” industry, strictly control the access gate of the “two high” projects, and take the strict control of the blind launch of the “two high” projects as the focus of supervision. Promote the coordinated governance of pollution reduction and carbon reduction, and do a good job in the management of the second performance cycle of the national carbon emission trading market.
In 2021, China’s pollutant emissions continued to decline and the ecological environment quality improved significantly. This year, we will fight in depth to defend the blue sky, clear water and pure land. In addition, this year, we will complete the second round of routine supervision of central ecological and environmental protection.
