Winner Medical Co.Ltd(300888) announcements, the company intends to use its own funds 727 million 540 thousand yuan to Mr. Wu Kangping, Ms. Huang Lepei and Mr. Wu Di to acquire a total of 55% of the shares of Zhejiang Longtai medical Polytron Technologies Inc (hereinafter referred to as “Longtai medical”). The main business of Longtai medical is the development, production and sale of high-end wound dressing (including silicone foam, hydrocolloid, silicone gel, hydrogel, film applicator and stoma, etc.). The parties to the transaction have signed the equity transfer agreement on Zhejiang Longtai Medical Technology Co., Ltd. on April 8, 2022.
The company said that this acquisition is highly consistent with Winner Medical Co.Ltd(300888) building a leader in high-end wound dressing industry, and forms scale and synergy with the advantages of both parties in customer, market, product, R & D and production.
