Linewell Software Co.Ltd(603636) announcement: due to its own capital needs, the shareholder of the company, CETC investment, will reduce its shares in the company through centralized bidding within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of this announcement, or through block trading within 3 months from the date of disclosure of this announcement. The number of shares to be reduced shall not exceed 17723806, and the reduction proportion shall not exceed 3.00% of the total share capital of the company.
The company said that CETC investment does not belong to the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company.
