Winner Medical Co.Ltd(300888) ( Winner Medical Co.Ltd(300888) ) announced on the evening of April 10 that in order to further enrich the company’s product line, expand business channels outside China and improve the company’s strategic layout, the company plans to use its own funds of 728 million yuan to acquire a total of 55% equity of Zhejiang Longtai medical science and Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Longtai medical”) from Wu Kangping, Huang Lepei and Wu Di. At present, the parties to the transaction have signed an equity transfer agreement on April 8.
According to the introduction, Longtai medical’s main business is research and development, production and sales of high-end wound dressing (including silicone foam, hydrocolloid, silicone gel, hydrogel, film applicator and stoma).
