In order to seize the strategic opportunity of intensive innovation and high-speed and high-quality growth of digital economy industry, Shenzhen has also successively formulated construction plans such as the action plan for building a leading demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Shenzhen (20192025) and the implementation plan for innovative development of digital economy industry in Shenzhen (20212023). Under this policy background and development trend, it is suggested to build a 5g + industrial Internet core infrastructure demonstration area in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Dawan district to accelerate the digital transformation and high-quality development of local manufacturing industry. It is conducive to promoting the cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and the Great Bay area at a higher level
Opening up to the outside world and promoting the innovative development of national digital economy industry is also an important part of Shenzhen’s construction of China’s leading demonstration area of colored socialism.
In this regard, he suggested that Shenzhen take the construction of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay Area as an opportunity, on the basis of 5g construction leading in the country, from a macro and systematic perspective, strengthen the construction and upgrading of industrial Internet core infrastructure, effectively promote data centralized quality improvement management, improve policy support innovative development solutions, and significantly enhance the government’s support and guarantee ability for 5g + industrial Internet industry, So as to provide replicable and operable experience and measures for the digital transformation of China’s industrial manufacturing industry.

Second, adopt cloud network unified management, cross layer integrated operation and maintenance, intelligent root cause analysis and performance management, improve the technical standards of 5g industrial Internet core facilities, improve the supporting role of standards for industry, cultivate a number of industrial Internet industry application benchmarks, and build a 5g + industrial Internet core infrastructure demonstration area in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area.
