On April 7, the Nanxiang shelter hospital project built by Shanghai Construction Group Co.Ltd(600170) second construction group was fully delivered, and the medical staff were officially stationed at 5 p.m. on April 8. The total construction area of the shelter hospital is about 20000 square meters, with 1790 beds. 284 builders of the second construction group work 24 hours and complete the construction of the main structure in 36 hours. Party members and cadres of the second construction group took the lead in storming the front, racing against time and doing their best to fight the epidemic and forge ahead.
Nanxiang fangcang hospital is located in Fengxiang branch of Changxiang road. It was originally a standby warehouse, with 2 floors, 6 districts and 1790 beds. A complete set of medical station and health supporting facilities are equipped on the periphery. After completion, more than 250 medical staff and more than 200 cleaning and maintenance personnel will be stationed to ensure the efficient operation of the isolation point.
Shanghai Construction Group Co.Ltd(600170) said that since 17:00 p.m. on April 4, after receiving the urgent task of building Nanxiang shelter hospital project, the second construction group acted upon the order and deployed the fire line, and quickly arranged relevant personnel of the Engineering Research Institute and the third engineering company to form a management team. At 19:30 p.m., all 24 managers and the first batch of more than 30 workers entered the site and held a coordination meeting to make overall arrangements for construction operation, labor arrangement, equipment and material procurement, logistics support and other work. At 21:30 p.m., the project team carried out drawing deepening work in combination with the actual situation of the site, fought all night, discussed the feasibility of various schemes, and solved various professional problems in the reconstruction of the original site.
At 3 a.m. on April 5, various construction material resources were urgently mobilized, and the first batch of partition sectors and mechanical equipment entered the site and put into construction immediately. At 8 a.m., the site fully entered the “acceleration” construction state of the main structure, and multiple processes were carried out in an orderly manner.
At 19:00 p.m. on April 6, the project team and more than 260 workers carried out 24-hour operation. Everyone worked against the clock and completed the assembly of 1790 beds, the erection of partitions and floor pavement of two floors. At 20 pm, the main structure of the project was basically completed, which took only 36 hours. Supporting facilities such as medical staff office and lounge were constructed as planned. At 21:00 that night, after all front-line personnel overcome difficulties, 1790 isolation beds were assembled, the rest rooms and offices of supporting medical staff were completed, and water and electricity were connected to meet the delivery conditions.
