The project is jointly constructed by 8 units, including No.1 Construction Group, No.2 construction group, No.4 construction group, No.5 construction group, General Contracting Department, installation group, garden group and building materials science and technology under Shanghai Construction Group Co.Ltd(600170) banner, with a total floor area of about 150000 square meters and a total construction area of about 112000 square meters. Nearly 4000 people work at the peak site at the same time. On the morning of March 20, the construction personnel of all units were basically assembled. At this time, only the foundation of the temporary house is completed on site, and there is only three weeks left before the delivery on April 10.

Under the overall arrangement of the general contracting project department, all units continuously enrich the management force, gather all kinds of resources and go all out to complete the objectives and tasks. Up to now, 6540 boxes have been hoisted (accounting for 93%), 1636 sets of integrated sanitary ware have been completed (accounting for 40%), 80% of outdoor pipelines have been installed, and turf has also been laid on site.
