Shanghai International Airport Co.Ltd(600009) announced that the merger and reorganization committee of the CSRC will hold a working meeting on April 8, 2022 to review the company’s issuance of shares, purchase of assets, raising of supporting funds and related party transactions. The trading of the company’s shares will be suspended from the opening of the market on April 8, 2022.
