In order to ensure the collection and distribution of Shanghai port, Jiangsu Provincial Department of transportation urgently consulted with Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, public security traffic police, Jiangsu transportation holding company and other departments and units to jointly formulate the guarantee scheme of Shanghai port collection and distribution expressway. From April 7, the first batch of 6 pairs of special service areas for truck collection of Jiangsu Expressway were officially put into use, including Dafeng service area of Yancheng City, Jiangsu Lianyungang Port Co.Ltd(601008) Guanyun service area, chengzihu service area of Suqian City, fangmaoshan service area of Changzhou City, Gehu service area of Changzhou City and Chenji service area of Yangzhou city. Closed loop management shall be implemented for container transport vehicles passing through the Jiangsu Expressway in Shanghai port to avoid contact between drivers and passengers and other personnel. Jiangsu has also set up the second batch of six pairs of special service areas, which will be dynamically adjusted and opened according to the situation.
In addition, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of communications also deployed and mobilized relevant units to urgently enter the relevant service areas to ensure the safety and stability of the logistics chain and supply chain while doing a good job in the closed-loop transportation management of epidemic prevention and control. The “three parties along the way” of Jiangsu Expressway will also make full use of information means to do a good job in on-site inspection, law enforcement and guarantee.
