Anta sports (02020) announced that on April 4, 2022, the company granted a total of 10294500 incentive shares to 3707 selected employees in accordance with the share incentive plan.
In order to grant the above-mentioned incentive shares in accordance with the share incentive plan, on April 4, 2022, the board of directors also decided to allot and issue 10294500 new shares to the trustee in accordance with the general authorization in 2021.
