On April 4, gelonghui – Jinshan energy (00663. HK) announced that on April 4, 2022, Zhuhai Jinwei Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Yipai hydrogen energy technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. entered into a joint venture agreement, according to which the contracting parties agreed to establish a joint venture company to engage in (including) (I) research and development of hydrogen fuel cells and key components in Inner Mongolia Eerduosi Resources Co.Ltd(600295) City, Mongolia, China; (II) R & D, production and sales of hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks; (III) operation of hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck; And (IV) operation of hydrogenation station.
Zhuhai Jinwei and Yipai hydrogen energy will each contribute 50 million yuan to the joint venture, each holding 50% equity of the joint venture. After the establishment of the joint venture, the joint venture will be 50% owned by Zhuhai Jinwei and 50% owned by Yipai hydrogen energy respectively.
The board of Directors believes that the establishment of the joint venture, taking advantage of the rich experience and expertise of Yipai hydrogen energy in the fields of fuel cell integration, battery system development and control system research / application, marks the group’s strategic action to further develop and expand energy storage business and identify new environmental protection energy projects.
