On March 28, Feichi 300, the first photolithography equipment of Feichi series developed by Zhongshan Xinnuo technology, a leading maskless lithography equipment manufacturer in China, was newly launched. As the pioneer model of Feichi series products, Feichi 300 integrates brand-new design, process and technical concepts, and brings PCB line lithography technology to a new height.
It is understood that Feichi 300 is a new lithography equipment carefully launched by Xinnuo technology after deep technical carving. With high-speed lithography capability as the core goal, it can be compatible with PCB inner and outer processes at the same time to meet customers’ multi scene lithography needs.

It is understood that Feichi 300 is equipped with a high-precision micron seven axis motion platform, and the repeated motion accuracy is ≤ 2um; The imported high-power and long-life laser diode (LD) is integrated to ensure the high stability and long-life of the laser light source through the new structure, laser module design and deep optimization of the driving control circuit. According to customer requirements, the maximum power of the laser configured by the model can reach 100 watts, and the service life of the light source is more than 10000 hours. High efficiency optical engine system is equipped, high-resolution and ultra-high image quality lithography lens with leading technology is adopted, and high-quality lighting system is adopted to greatly improve the efficiency of optical engine. Configure high-speed graphics processing system, based on high dominant frequency multi-core CPU parallel graphics processing technology, adopt high-resolution DMD and high-performance computer graphics drawing algorithm to make optical projection more accurate and obtain ultra-clear optical projection image. The new configuration effectively ensures the yield and quality of customers’ products and the continuous stability of customers’ products.
