Kingsley Biotechnology (01548) announced that on April 1, 2022, legendary Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a non wholly-owned subsidiary of the company (legendary biotechnology, whose shares are listed on the NASDAQ Global Select market in the form of American Depositary Shares), had submitted a form 6-k to the US Securities and Exchange Commission to announce the appointment of Dr. Fang Guowei as the senior vice president of legendary biotechnology and the head of global research and early development.
Dr. Fang Guowei will take over the responsibilities of Dr. Fan Xiaohu, who resigned from legendary biology on March 30, 2022. Dr. Fan Xiaohu’s pioneering work has helped promote the research and development of the group’s main candidate products. The Group sincerely thanks him for his contribution to the group.
