On April 2, after 12 hours of continuous operation, the No. 0 block of the continuous beam 132 main pier of Luoyang Shenhai Expressway super major bridge across g325 National Highway (48 + 88 + 48) m constructed by Guangzhan No. 6 bid section of China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau was successfully poured, marking the official opening of the construction prelude of the beam superstructure of the bid section and gradually entering the critical stage of continuous beam construction, which has accumulated valuable experience for the subsequent construction of No. 0 block of continuous beam and laid a solid foundation for the erection period.
There are 5 cantilever Cast-in-situ Continuous Beams in Guangzhan section 6, which span Moyang River, Shuangjie canal, Luoyang expressway, Shenhai Expressway and g325 National Highway respectively. The first pouring of Block 0 of pier 132 of Luoyang Shenyang Haikou Expressway super large bridge is designed to be 12m long, 12.6m wide, 6.635m high, and the volume of C50 concrete is 331m3. The beam column integral support – shaped composite steel formwork is used on site for one-time pouring.
In order to ensure the successful pouring of the first 0 block and achieve the quality effect of internal reality and external beauty, before construction, the management department takes the lead to carefully prepare the special construction and safety scheme from the aspects of process connection, material supply, equipment configuration, safety and quality control and logistics support, which has passed the expert review, and organize relevant personnel to carry out special technical training and disclosure; In the process, BIM Technology is used for modeling, accurate positioning of reinforcement and prestressed pipeline, on-site monitoring and control throughout the whole process, strict connection of processes, clear division of labor, detailed implementation, responsibility to people, compaction layer by layer and concentric force, so as to ensure the smooth pouring of Block 0. The smooth pouring of No. 0 block of continuous beam not only helps Guangzhan No. 6 bid to complete the construction and production tasks and node objectives in the second quarter, but also provides reliable data and technical support for the subsequent continuous beam construction, and further speeds up the smooth progress of the project in an all-round way by pressing the “fast forward key”.
