The first instance of the case has been decided. On January 30, the company received the civil judgment issued by Guangzhou intermediate court, ruling that the company should be liable for compensation. According to the case file, Wang Xinwen, the then legal representative, signed and stamped on behalf of the company on the copy of the balance replenishment agreement provided by Guangzhou rural commercial bank. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company, on March 30, the company reported to the public security organ that Wang Xinwen, the then legal representative, was suspected of illegal crimes. On March 31, the company received the receipt from Nanhai District Public Security Bureau of Foshan City, and the case has been accepted.
