At the same time, equipment orders for phase II production capacity have been issued one after another, and some of them have been delivered. For phase II production capacity, the current goal of Beijing fab3 is to complete the construction of ultra clean room in the second quarter of this year, move in and debug the equipment successively in the third quarter, and the new production capacity in the fourth quarter began to reach part of the usable state.
