Based on the agreement between the two parties, Beikong Party 10 plans to sign the exclusive oil sales agreement with Tianjin Bihai and Tianjin Defeng Lisheng solid waste treatment Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianjin Bihai), which stipulates that the oil and gutter oil sold and supplied by Tianjin Bihai and Tianjin Defeng to Beikong Party 10 shall not be less than 7200 tons every 12 months. If it is less than 12 months, the oil and gutter oil sold and supplied to Beikong Party 10 every 1 month on average Gutter oil shall not be less than 600 tons.
