For the bases with distinctive export characteristics and significant role of linking agriculture with agriculture declared by organizations in poverty relief areas, the standards can be appropriately relaxed. The market entities applying for service trade bases shall carry out or provide agricultural production services overseas. In principle, the average annual operating income in recent three years shall not be less than RMB 100 million or the export volume of agricultural services (or the turnover of overseas agricultural services) shall not be less than US $1 million.
