In terms of cost control, we will strengthen the fine control of aviation fuel costs and other major costs, formulate corresponding assessment and incentive schemes, and it is expected to save more than 500 million yuan in the whole year.

In this context, we will promote the blocking and rectification of “running, emitting, dripping and leaking” problems, sort out 258 “running, emitting, dripping and leaking” problem points, comprehensively investigate and rectify them with high standards, formulate rectification measures, supervise the rectification process and ensure that the rectification is implemented in place. It is estimated that 223 million yuan of “running, emitting, dripping and leaking” will be blocked in the whole year.
