(IX) strengthen green financial cooperation. Promote voluntary guidelines and best practices related to green investment and financing under multilateral cooperation frameworks such as the United Nations and the G20, and promote capacity-building in the field of green finance. Make good use of loans from international financial institutions and leverage private green investment. Financial institutions are encouraged one after another to implement one belt, one road green investment principle.
(10) strengthen cooperation in green science and technology. We will strengthen the research, promotion and application of green technologies, strengthen basic research and the layout of cutting-edge technologies, accelerate the research, development and promotion of advanced and applicable technologies, and encourage enterprises to give priority to the use of low-carbon, energy-saving, water-saving and environmental friendly materials and technologies.

Promote the green and low-carbon development of overseas coal power projects, encourage relevant enterprises to strengthen the clean and efficient utilization of coal, adopt advanced technologies such as efficient desulfurization, denitration, dust removal and carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage, and upgrade energy-saving and environmental protection facilities. Study and promote the green and low-carbon development of international cooperation in steel and other industries.
