In order to strengthen the attraction of major and super large projects with overall driving and major leading role, the measures clearly put forward the support policies for major and super large projects. Once settled, the project support provided by the eco city can be obtained. The specific amount of support is related to the investment in fixed assets of the project, up to 100 million yuan.

In order to attract, retain and make good use of talents in the intelligent technology industry, the measures pay attention to the needs of talents in an all-round way, and create a good environment for talent introduction, education and retention by focusing on personnel recruitment, housing security, spouse employment, children’s education and medical care.
In addition, the measures also pay attention to the costs of environmental impact assessment, safety assessment, energy conservation assessment and multi-level financial service needs involved in the settlement process of enterprises. In order to encourage enterprises to carry out R & D, production and services in the eco city, the measures also clearly put forward that they will provide support to qualified enterprises in terms of rent and decoration.
