Ningbo Sanxing Medical Electric Co.Ltd(601567) announced that the subsidiary rehabilitation investment plans to acquire 70% and 30% equity of Wuhan Mingzhou rehabilitation hospital Co., Ltd. held by Kaiyun Huafeng and Zhongshan investment respectively for 180 million yuan; Rehabilitation investment plans to acquire 70% and 30% equity of Changsha Mingzhou rehabilitation hospital Co., Ltd. respectively held by Kaiyun Huarui and Zhongxiang investment with 160 million yuan; Rehabilitation investment plans to acquire 70% and 30% equity of Changzhou Mingzhou rehabilitation hospital Co., Ltd. respectively held by Kaiyun Huayang and Zhongsu investment with 182 million yuan; Rehabilitation investment plans to acquire 70% and 30% equity of Nanjing Mingzhou rehabilitation hospital Co., Ltd. respectively held by Kaiyun Huajing and Zhongjing investment with RMB 21 million; Rehabilitation investment plans to acquire 70% and 30% equity of Ningbo Beilun Mingzhou rehabilitation hospital Co., Ltd. respectively held by Kaiyun Huasheng and Zhongye investment with 112 million yuan.
