Recently, Zhaopin released the report on talent demand and development environment of Listed Companies in 2022. The report shows that at present, the recruitment scale of listed companies has returned to the pre epidemic level. From January to February 2022, the number of jobs provided by listed companies increased by 46% compared with the same period in 2019.

From the perspective of city level, the recruitment positions of listed companies are mainly concentrated in first tier cities and new first tier cities, accounting for 31.1% and 33.9% respectively, and less than 20% in second tier and third tier cities respectively. Listed companies are mostly distributed in developed cities, and the recruitment posts are also highly concentrated in developed cities.

From the perspective of recruitment requirements, the recruitment of listed companies has high requirements for academic qualifications, but the performance of experience requirements is not strict. They focus more on learning ability.

The report shows that the coverage rate of five insurances and one fund of listed companies is 100%, and the coverage rate of provident fund is 22 percentage points higher than that of non listed companies. From the perspective of employee experience, employees of listed companies have stronger stickiness and higher satisfaction.
