Since then, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co.Limited(300750) Yibin plant has become the first zero carbon plant in the new energy industry.

It is reported that the CFMS smart plant management system independently developed by Sichuan times can realize the interconnection of data through the automatic acquisition of plant system and equipment operation data. The systematic facility management platform helps to realize the safe, reliable, energy-efficient, green and low-carbon operation of plant system. In the group equipment with large energy consumption, the advanced system uses the global optimization algorithm to calculate the operation parameters of each sub equipment with the lowest total energy consumption under the current load condition, which can realize active optimization control.
In terms of green manufacturing, Sichuan times has built a digital production central control management system. The overall visual management can greatly reduce the process loss. The AI visual inspection system can automatically learn and extract the defect features, and improve the detection rate in die cutting, slitting, winding and other links. All wastes generated in the manufacturing process will be recycled, and the recovery rate of precious metals such as nickel, cobalt and manganese can reach 99.3%.
In addition, Sichuan times has also comprehensively upgraded the logistics chain and plant transportation. Driverless logistics vehicles and electric forklifts are widely used to realize zero carbon operation among supplier factories, raw material warehouses, processing factories, finished product warehouses and customer factories. At the same time, the company encourages employees to travel electrically and share, and integrate carbon reduction into all aspects of production and life.
Moreover, Sichuan Shidai is located in Yibin City, which is located at the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces. Jinsha River, Minjiang River and Yangtze River cross the northern part of the city. With superior natural environment and rich water resources, the unique geographical location makes more than 80% of the energy of Yibin factory come from renewable energy hydropower, which can reduce 400000 tons of carbon emissions every year.
