Recently, the main leaders of Ningde city gave instructions on the implementation plan of serving "maritime Ningde" construction of Ningde maritime bureau, and highly affirmed the innovative measures for serving "maritime Ningde" Construction issued by Ningde maritime bureau, with clear objectives and strong operability, which is of substantive significance to promoting the high-quality development of port economy and the construction of a strong maritime city in Ningde City.
It is reported that in order to implement the spirit of the notice of Ningde Municipal People's Government on printing and distributing the three-year action plan for accelerating the construction of "maritime Ningde" and promoting the high-quality development of marine economy (20212023) (ningzhengwen [2021] No. 165), promote the development of marine economy and port economy in Ningde, help build a higher level of "maritime Ningde" and surpass the important growth pole of high-quality development in Fujian Province, Focusing on the work of the maritime center, Ningde maritime administration has issued 22 measures in seven aspects to serve the construction of "maritime Ningde".
First, serve the development of coastal industrial chain. Give full play to the advantages of Maritime Specialty and support the development and construction of new business forms such as offshore wind farms and far-reaching mariculture platforms. Support equipment manufacturing and scientific and technological innovation and application service projects such as electric ships, intelligent ships and unmanned ships to be tested first in Ningde, and promote the transformation and application of shipping scientific and technological innovation achievements and the implementation of projects. Actively coordinate the crew training institutions to send the training to the door, unblock the channel for social personnel to participate in the passenger (Ferry) crew training and examination, and maintain the continuous stability of the crew. Promote the real name ticketing system for passenger (Ferry) ships, and create a characteristic passenger (Ferry) transport brand in Ningde.
Fourth, serve the construction of a large port around sandu'ao hub. Actively participate in the planning of Ningde port and sea area, actively connect important port construction projects such as channel construction, anchorage planning, navigation aids and navigation aids, and help upgrade the port infrastructure.
