The civil ruling is the ruling of pre litigation preservation filed by Zhao Weidong to the court. The respondent is Zhao Weidong and the preserved is Jiangxi Special Electric Motor Co.Ltd(002176) . This “civil ruling” is against another relevant civil ruling before.

Seal up the exploration right of Xikeng lithium mine in Yifeng County, Jiangxi Province owned by the preserved Jiangxi Special Electric Motor Co.Ltd(002176) and stop handling all relevant procedures such as transfer of mining right, transfer, change, merger, division, continuation, retention, mortgage and cancellation of the exploration right of the mine; In addition, the mining right of lithium bearing porcelain ore in shiziling mining area, Yifeng County, Jiangxi Province held by Jiangxi Special Electric Motor Co.Ltd(002176) was sealed up, and all relevant procedures including the transfer of mining right were stopped.

The preserved Jiangxi Special Electric Motor Co.Ltd(002176) on March 21, 2022, calculated more than 19 million yuan based on only 20% of the profit and loss value of the respondent’s application, and provided equivalent guarantee property to the people’s Court of Yuanzhou District, requesting to change the subject matter of preservation. Yuanzhou District People’s court made a ruling to freeze the bank deposit of 19.5 million yuan under the respondent’s Jiangxi Special Electric Motor Co.Ltd(002176) name, and rescind the civil ruling (2022) Gan 0902 min Chu No. 1824 made on March 17.
Jiangxi Special Electric Motor Co.Ltd(002176) said that the dispute between the company and Zhao Weidong was about the subsequent development and construction of the mining area and the confirmation of investment, which would not affect the work arrangement and progress of “exploration to mining” of Xikeng lithium mine, nor the orderly development of the normal work of “shiziling” mining area.
Jiangxi Special Electric Motor Co.Ltd(002176) chairman’s assistant Jiang Xiaoan said in an interview with the reporter of the daily economic news that Zhao Weidong holds 20% of the income right of the company’s Xikeng lithium mine and asks the company for dividends. However, at present, Xikeng lithium mine only has the exploration right, and there are differences between each other on the development, construction and investment of the mining area, so the above property preservation can be achieved.
