By 2025, the operating revenue of the city’s information service industry will reach 200 billion yuan, basically building a digital economy highland with China’s comparative advantages.
Modern finance is also becoming bigger and stronger. Hefei will vigorously develop Inclusive Finance, science and innovation finance, industrial finance, green finance and cross-border finance, and strive to form a healthy and orderly financial industry system with innovative development, high-quality services and controllable risks. By 2025, the added value of the financial industry will reach 200 billion yuan, accounting for 12.5% of GDP, the level of financial services will be significantly improved, and a regional scientific and innovative financial center will be built.

According to the “14th five year plan” for the development of service industry in Anhui Province issued by Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Anhui will implement the strategy of “serving a strong province”, shape the brand of “Wanmei service”, carry out the action of “forging strengths and making up weaknesses” in the service industry, and put forward the main goal of “striving to achieve 3.2 trillion yuan in the added value of the service industry by 2025”.
