In this year's spring farming production, new agricultural machinery and agricultural UAV live broadcasting in rice planting bases around Renhua appeared one after another, and science and technology helped agriculture lay a solid foundation for high yield and harvest of rice planting.

Recently, the author came to a rice field in the group of zengqiuwu village, Jiaokeng village. After adjusting various parameters of the UAV, the agricultural machinery personnel poured the rice seeds soaked in advance into the seed box; With bursts of roar, the UAV slowly took off and circled over the paddy field, flying slowly. Grain seeds were evenly scattered in the field, and the 10 mu paddy field was sown in 10 minutes.

Agricultural UAV pilot Li Guoqing said that this is the T20 UAV in Dajiang, which is mainly used for sowing, fertilizing and spraying pesticides. "We usually plan the plot of land for operation one day in advance. The UAV can sow 250300 mu. The daily sowing amount of our UAV is equivalent to the work amount of 30 people."

Traditional rice planting is mainly carried out by artificial seedling raising and transplanting, which requires a lot of labor cost. The use of agricultural UAV rice direct seeding technology can realize accurate and uniform sowing in the field without spending too much labor cost, and effectively improve the efficiency of topdressing sowing. Deng Ruiting, a large local grower, said that rice planting has achieved leapfrog development from manual seedling transplanting to UAV live broadcasting. Since the introduction of UAV rice direct seeding in 2019, most of the farmland has been planted mechanically, which has greatly improved the planting efficiency.

Since the beginning of spring in 2022, Renhua county has invested 8200 kW of agricultural machinery in spring tillage and preparation, more than 160 agricultural machinery have been invested, and the area of machine tillage has reached more than 20000 mu, including more than 9000 mu of rice. Agricultural UAV is the rice production machinery mainly promoted by Renhua in recent years. The county has 35 agricultural professional UAVs, which have been put into spring farming production, in order to improve the efficiency of rice production, improve the application level of agricultural mechanization, and lay a solid foundation for high yield and harvest of rice.
