The implementation plan proposes to strengthen the research and development of key technical equipment and break through the whole process safety technologies: intelligent sensing technology of energy storage battery, thermal runaway barrier technology of energy storage battery, intrinsic safety control technology of battery, fault diagnosis and early warning technology based on big data, clean and efficient fire extinguishing technology, etc.
