This time, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange carried out a questionnaire survey, widely solicited opinions and suggestions from listed companies on the holding mode and support required for the performance description meeting, and issued a special notice to clarify that Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 index companies, “a + H” listed companies, central enterprise holding listed companies and gem companies should hold performance description meetings and encourage other companies to actively follow suit. By holding special training, Shenzhen Stock Exchange explained the rules and precautions of performance briefing, invited excellent listed companies to share their experience, and helped listed companies hold performance briefing with high quality.
Since early March, led by the “ten new breakthroughs”, a series of performance briefings have been held for several months to focus on the performance, operation status, development strategy and core competitiveness of representative listed companies in Shenzhen last year. Among them, Yantai Zhenghai Bio-Tech Co.Ltd(300653) with the theme of “a new chapter in a better life” and Citic Pacific Special Steel Group Co.Ltd(000708) with the theme of “a new model of state-owned enterprise reform” have held performance briefings on March 10 and 11, respectively.

According to the introduction of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the “cloud interview” column of the “interactive and easy” platform is newly optimized to provide listed companies with free functional services for all investors, including soliciting investors’ questions, online graphic communication, video and PPT broadcasting, synchronous video broadcasting, generating publicity posters of performance description meetings, summary of performance description meetings and record forms of investor relations activities. In addition, support listed companies to actively invite CSI small and medium-sized investor service centers, institutional investors, industry analysts and media reporters to attend the meeting, so as to further improve the gold content and attention of the performance description meeting.
