On the evening of March 20, Beijing Strong Biotechnologies Inc(300406) announced that the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Committee recently held the 13th review meeting of the listing committee in 2022 to review the company’s application for issuing convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects. According to the review results of the meeting, the company’s application for issuing convertible bonds this time meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions and information disclosure requirements.
The company indicated that the issue of convertible bonds still needs to comply with the registration procedures of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the company will make a separate announcement after receiving the decision document of registration or non registration made by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
