There are many closed communities in Minhang District, so there is a great need for mobile dining cars to provide services. At about 10 p.m. on March 18, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Minhang District Economic Commission urgently established a group and issued a "collection order" to three mobile dining car enterprises, Guangming, Yike and liangquanqimei, requiring the rapid mobilization of vehicles for assistance.
Previously, Guangming and Yike enterprises have carried out services in sealed communities in Huangpu District, Yangpu District and other places.
Guangming mobile dining car responded immediately and connected quickly. After arranging the points to be guaranteed and the needs of residents, it deployed vehicles and goods overnight, and confirmed the negative certificate of nucleic acid test with the driver and salesperson one by one.
Early in the morning of March 19, five Guangming mobile dining cars appeared at nine points of Meilong street, Xinzhuang Industrial Park and Jiangchuan street in Minhang District in shifts. On the first day of "opening", when the "good news" had not spread, the sales of that day was 2550 yuan.

On March 19, under the leadership and guidance of the Municipal Commission of Commerce and Minhang District Economic Commission, three Bailian Yike mobile dining cars were also dispatched immediately to nine points, including 379 Anning Road, 5395 Longwu Road, 328 Tonghai road and Caotang Road, Minhang District. Each point lasted 1-2 hours and provided livelihood guarantee services for more than 1000 surrounding households in shifts.
