The human resources and social security departments of all counties and cities in the prefecture, the recruitment responsibility departments and the enterprises in the high tech Zone fully cooperate to track the personnel who have signed up and are willing to join the high tech Zone, count the entry time, classify and verify the situation of migrant workers, organize the applicants for an interview, and arrange a special bus to transport the personnel to the enterprises in Enshi high tech Zone for interview.
During transportation, counties and cities have innovated ways and introduced humanized service measures. Badong County Human Resources and social security bureau provides free nucleic acid testing, epidemic prevention materials, instant noodles, ham sausage, mineral water and other road living materials for migrant workers with job intention, and arranges special personnel and special vehicles to escort them, connect and assist migrant workers in handling entry procedures. The human resources and Social Security Bureau of Hefeng County launched the “Four Haves” service of “sending people at the departure, receiving people at the arrival, escorting people into the factory and ensuring service”, so that migrant workers can feel the care of the party and the government.
Since February 9, the recruitment of key enterprises in the state’s service high tech Zone has been in full swing. Up to now, the whole prefecture has organized “point-to-point and one-stop” transportation of 6913 person times for key enterprises in Enshi high tech Zone. 2788 enterprises have been employed after training and physical examination, and 1087 people are stable on the job.

Xu Chaoyuan, from huolongping, Xianfeng, has a very difficult family. After joining the company on February 13, his 150 yuan living expenses were quickly used up. On February 21, he tingsheng took the initiative to charge him a 100 yuan meal card after learning of his difficulties.
“From farmers to industrial workers, the role transformation of new recruits needs a process.
