The financing channels of private enterprises were further widened, and the scale of direct financing by private enterprises using corporate bonds, corporate bonds, perpetual bonds, medium-term notes and so on increased steadily. In the first half of 2021, private enterprises in the new area newly issued corporate bonds, convertible bonds, interbank certificates of deposit, ABN and ABS, totaling 82.2 billion yuan.

The construction of “pro” and “Qing” political and business relations has been steadily promoted to help enterprises develop with high quality. The communication channels between government and enterprises have been further unblocked, and the dominant position of enterprises in the market has been further highlighted. We will continue to strengthen the marine environmental emergency response mechanism for oil spills from land-based sources and ships, and strengthen the joint law enforcement capacity for marine environmental risks.
