Gotion High-Tech Co.Ltd(002074) (002074. SZ) said on the investor interaction platform on January 5 that based on the needs of the company’s strategic planning and business development, the company signed a cooperation agreement with Yichun mining on March 24, 2021, and the two sides jointly invested 100 million yuan to establish a joint venture Yichun GuoXuan mining. Among them, the company invested 51 million yuan with its own monetary capital, accounting for 51% of the registered capital of the joint venture (Announcement No.: 2021-021).
