The platform is the first in China to design the distribution network structure of xiong’an new area, including all types of network structures such as “double petals” and “double ring network”. Flexible transformation between different networks can be realized by adjusting the node switch state. The platform is built with real objects and real operating voltage. It can simulate 12 distribution network operation modes and 24 fault types, truly restore the operation state and fault characteristics of distribution network, meet the testing of distribution network protection devices and the research of fault self-healing strategy under different operation modes, help the fault “millisecond” self-healing of distribution network in xiong’an new area, and realize uninterrupted power supply in non fault sections.
Relying on this platform, Hebei Suzhou Electrical Apparatus Science Academy Co.Ltd(300215) united with the technicians of xiong’an company to carry out the function test of distribution network protection device and self-healing terminal in xiong’an new area. The test covers a variety of network structures such as “double petal”, “double ring network” and “double pole radiation”, including single-phase grounding, phase to phase short circuit and multiple faults, taking into account switch refusal, device failure, Pt disconnection CT disconnection and other abnormal conditions of various devices, and the test scheme is complete and complete. This test truly restored the electromagnetic transient characteristics of “double petal” and “double loop network” distribution system under 10KV voltage level, simulated the fault characteristics such as intermittent arc grounding of cable, made up for the shortcomings of the current real-time digital simulation system, and promoted the analog test to system test in real environment.
According to the introduction, after the test of the batch of optical fiber longitudinal differential protection devices, distributed self-healing devices, bus protection devices and other equipment, it was put into operation in the “double petal” high reliable power supply demonstration area of xiong’an new area, and the on-site operation effect was remarkable.
