Postal Savings Bank of China: Announcement on appointment exchange of two-color copper alloy commemorative coins for the new year in 2022
According to the announcement [2021] No. 23 of the people’s Bank of China, the people’s Bank of China will issue one 2022 New Year’s two-color copper alloy commemorative coin (hereinafter referred to as “2022 New Year’s coin”), each with a denomination of 10 yuan, issued by piece, with a number of 120 million (including 10000 historical currency files). All are issued by reservation exchange. The postal savings bank of China undertakes the reservation exchange of 2005.4 million new year coins in 2022 in some areas of 23 provinces (autonomous regions and cities). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Undertaking area

（2） Appointment verification period: January 12 to January 13, 2022.
After the end of the reservation period, the people’s Bank of China will check all the reservation registration records of new year’s coins in 2022. Customers with breach records will not be able to pass the verification of the people’s Bank of China. Chinese mobile phone bank official account will be sent to the customer for mobile phone number, and customers can also check the results of our mobile banking, WeChat public number and personal Internet Banking after 24 January 11, 2022.
During the verification period, customers who fail to pass the verification of the people’s Bank of China may go to the outlet for reservation registration with the original of the second-generation resident ID card at the time of reservation registration, and handle the business of canceling the default record and retaining the exchange qualification during the business hours of the outlet. If it is overdue, it shall not be handled.
After the end of the verification period, customers who fail to pass the verification of the people’s Bank of China and fail to cancel the default record and retain the exchange qualification will not be able to handle the appointment exchange business of new year’s coins in 2022.
（3） Exchange period: January 14 – January 20, 2022.
During the exchange period, customers who make a successful appointment must hold the original of their valid second-generation resident ID card registered in the appointment, and handle the new year’s coin exchange business in 2022 from any day during the exchange period to the exchange outlet agreed at the time of appointment. At the end of the exchange period, the exchange shall be stopped.
3、 Precautions
（1） The valid ID card for appointment, verification and exchange of 2022 new year coins must be the original of the second generation resident ID card within the validity period.
（2） In 2022, each person can only make an appointment once through online and on-site appointment channels, and the limit is 20 pieces.

4、 Precautions
