Wang Zhaojia pointed out that the innovation and development of cement enterprises should start from the perspective of products, and product innovation and concept innovation complement each other. On the one hand, enterprise innovation should pay attention to commercial value and innovate from the perspective of product demand. Only by starting from demand and making innovative products can we have innovative value. For example, many special cements for airport runways and nuclear power projects are new varieties created from downstream demand. On the other hand, as a traditional industry, the cement industry itself is a red sea market. Many traditional products need to be improved from the process flow and the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction to make the cement industry adapt to the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection.
According to Wang Zhaojia, by strengthening the optimization and integration of scientific and technological innovation resources and actively promoting the construction of scientific and technological innovation complex and ecosystem, the General Institute has created three scientific and technological innovation chains matching the group's industrial chain, including the scientific and technological innovation chain of cement and environmental protection industry, the scientific and technological innovation chain of concrete and new materials industry, and the collaborative scientific and technological innovation chain of green building materials and green buildings.
