Qifeng New Material Co.Ltd(002521) march 14 announced that Zibo oumu Special Paper Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed the investment agreement with jinyingu Investment Development Co., Ltd. of Zibo Qilu Chemical Industry Zone and Shandong Qishun Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to jointly invest in the establishment of Zibo Jiuhe Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture is 22 million yuan, of which Jinyin valley holds 51%, Zibo oumu holds 20% and Qishun energy holds 29%.
The company said that the main purpose of this investment is to obtain a stable natural gas supply and further ensure the normal production of the company.
