Recently, Shen Yumou, director of Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, met with Zhang Bei, President of 360 group and his party. The two sides witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and 360 Security Technology Inc(601360) digital security technology group under 360 group on promoting the digital development of China Africa economic and trade.
According to the agreement, Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and 360 group will jointly build a “China Africa economic and trade digital wisdom Valley” in Yuhua block, Changsha area, Hunan pilot Free Trade Zone, and take this as the core to conduct in-depth cooperation in digital innovation, information security, capacity-building and other fields. 360 group will make use of its digital, network information and digital security technology advantages to build a new generation of China Africa economic and trade security capability system framework, build a cyberspace security strategy system integrating security system and digital system, attack and defense capability and control capability, and a digital platform with security attributes.
Zhang Bei said that the signing of the agreement is not only a milestone in the cooperation between Hunan Province and 360 group, but also another useful attempt to promote China Africa trade cooperation. The China Africa economic and trade digital smart Valley Project will integrate more “digital security elements” on the basis of continuous innovation. We will continue to build the “China Africa economic and trade digital wisdom Valley” into a model of China’s free trade zone’s cooperation with Africa from an international perspective.
