On March 14, Shanghai Carthane Co.Ltd(603037) issued an announcement on joint investment and related party transactions with Shanghai SAIC Hengxu Investment Management Co., Ltd. The announcement shows that the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company – Shanghai Qichuang Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and natural persons Yang Jiangang, Liu Renshan, Li Jianxing and Hou Ruihong, as limited partners, intend to cooperate with professional investment institutions – Shanghai SAIC Hengxu Investment Management Co., Ltd. to jointly invest in Jiaxing Junzhou equity investment partnership (Limited partnership) as a special fund, To invest in electric control projects or other enterprises that all partners agree that the partnership can invest in, so as to maintain and increase the value of capital. All partners of Jiaxing Junzhou plan to subscribe 41 million yuan, including 1 million yuan subscribed by SAIC Hengxu as the general partner and 33.85 million yuan subscribed by its subsidiary Shanghai Kaichuang.
It is reported that Shanghai Kaichuang is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Mr. Yang Jiangang is the chairman of the company, Mr. Hou Ruihong is the director and deputy general manager of the company, and Mr. Li Jianxing is the supervisor of the company.
