On January 3, Yango Group Co.Ltd(000671) announced that on December 31, 2021, Taikang Life Insurance, Taikang pension and Cangzhou Taihe building materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Taihe building materials”) completed the transfer registration procedures of the company’s shares, and Taihe building materials transferred 7.41% of the company’s shares from Taikang.
As of the announcement date of January 3, the above equity transfer has been completed. So far, the supplementary agreement signed between the controlling shareholder Fujian Sunshine Group Co., Ltd. and Taikang Life Insurance and Taikang pension has come into force.
According to the previous announcement, on February 29, 2021, Yango Group Co.Ltd(000671) announced that since the shareholding of Taikang Life Insurance and Taikang pension decreased to 3.99%, sunshine group negotiated with Taikang Life Insurance and Taikang pension and planned to sign a supplementary agreement to the cooperation agreement, and the parties will no longer enjoy or assume rights and obligations in accordance with the cooperation agreement, No longer make any request or claim to the other party for any reason. The effective date of the supplementary agreement shall be subject to the completion of the transfer registration.
