Modern animal husbandry announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 2 that on December 31, 2021, modern animal husbandry, an indirect non wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a pasture material framework agreement with Ainiu technology, a connected person of the company, which includes that Ainiu Technology Group will supply pasture materials to modern animal husbandry group from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. In addition, modern animal husbandry and Ainiu technology have previously entered into a purchase and supply agreement on March 22, 2021 for the supply of imported alfalfa by Ainiu technology to modern animal husbandry.
