A new channel will be added from Xiamen to Zhangzhou. Yesterday, the reporter learned from Haicang District that wengjiao Road (Fulian road Xiazhang boundary section) passed the acceptance and is now ready for traffic.
Wengjiao Road (Fulian road Xiamen Zhangzhou boundary section) project starts from the intersection of wengjiao road and Fulian road and finally ends at the junction of jiaomei Town, Xiamen Zhangzhou City, with a length of 2.345km.
The project includes two parts: the improved Fulian road Xiamen Chengdu expressway section and the newly-built Xiamen Chengdu Expressway Xiamen Zhangzhou boundary section. The construction of the project effectively shortens the drive from Haicang (Xinyang) to Zhangzhou jiaomei. It is worth mentioning that in the past, Haixiang Avenue or Dongfu Avenue was used to go from Xinyang to jiaomei. In the future, wengjiao road can shorten the driving distance by half an hour.
