The fifth batch of selection work was started in early March.
Service manufacturing is an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. In the industrial chain, the added value is more reflected at both ends of the “smile curve”, namely R & D, design, marketing and service. Last June, our province issued the implementation plan of Hubei Province on accelerating the high-quality development of service-oriented manufacturing, which clearly proposed to accelerate the deep integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry, enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry and enable the high-quality development of manufacturing industry. According to the plan, our province will select and cultivate 80 service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprises, platforms and projects in Hubei Province within two years, actively cultivate service-oriented manufacturing clusters and industrial clusters, strive to add 10 national service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprises, platforms and projects, and actively create national service-oriented manufacturing demonstration cities.
According to the Provincial Department of economy and information technology, service-oriented manufacturing mainly includes nine modes: supply chain management, shared manufacturing, inspection, testing and certification services, full life cycle management, general integration and general contracting, energy conservation and environmental protection services, and productive financial services. Provincial demonstration enterprises are selected for the nine modes. The applicant enterprises should be manufacturing enterprises with distinctive service-oriented manufacturing characteristics, and have certain advantages in production technology and process, service capacity and level in their own industry or related fields; The demonstration platform is for the selection of nine models. The application platform should be a service platform derived from manufacturing enterprises or a third-party professional service platform, as well as colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, industry organizations and other service institutions; The declared demonstration projects shall be those that promote the efficiency improvement of production organizations in the cluster and have been put into operation.
